I discovered this photo somewhere on the MUFON website wheremembers were exchanging opinions.
Someone said it was a giant tire, used for a very large "mining" truck. Of course, there were a few individuals, who claimed it was a UFO being transported by a small convoy of police and 'unidentified' authorities.
