His story was recently told on an ABC special called, "The Outsiders" and first reported a while back on CNN's Larry King show. He claims to see UFOs on a regular basis; so much that 'they' seem to be following him. At one point in the show, he showed ABC cameras 'markings' on his skin from an alleged alien abduction or close encounter of some kind. There is much on the web about his story.
